On your third day of your Sikkim trip with Yes Tourism India start early at 4 am to visit the Gurudongma Lake. This trip runs through the Kanchenjunga National park, to Gurudongmar Lake. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the top 5 highest lake in India and is considered to be very sacred by the Sikkimise as well as from the Sikkhism community. The scenic Gurudongmar Lake with prayer flags all around will welcome you with beautiful sights of the hills and the glacial waters. The best time to visit this place is during the summers, during the months of March to June and During the Period of October to March. The temperature remains pleasant during summer time.
