Gangtok Tour (3 Nights)

On your arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)which is the gateway to Sikkim our representative will pick you up and help on your transfer to Gangtok the capital of Sikkim. You start your trip to the alluring land of Sikkim. After a drive of nearly 4 hours reach to your pre booked hotels and check into your rooms. You can enjoy the rest of the evening at the hotel or you can go to the scintillating MG Marg. Enjoy your dinner and have a comfortable sleep on your first night at Gangtok.

Start your day with a perfectly sumptuous breakfast at the Gangtok hotel. After breakfast we start the day excursion to the oval shaped Tsomgo Lake (40 kms from Gangtok departure in the morning). Tsongmo Lake is situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft and home to the Brahminy duck and several migratory birds. Then travel to Baba Mandir another 17 kms beyond Tsongo lake. Baba Mandir is a shrine of Indian Army Captain Harbajan Singh who is remembered for till date for the unusual story. At the end return head back to your Gangtok Hotel. Overnight halt at Gangtok Hotel / Resort.

Tashi View Point is about 8 KM from the Gangtok city and provides a panoramic view of the entire Kanchenjunga peak range on a clear weather. Enchey Monastry (currently Closed) is the next sightseeing place in Gangtok. It is a 200 year old monastery and is a home to many Young and Old Monks. Detor Cham is the colourful and vibrant Cham dance festival that is held in the monastery. Do-Dul Chorten is one of the biggest Stupa in Sikkim with a Golden top with a deity enshrined on top of it. Do-Dul Chorten is one of the important sightseeing places in Gangtok. Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (currently Closed) is the world’s largest treasury of invaluable old Tibetan books & manuscripts on Buddhist philosophy and religion is our next stop in our day trip of Gangtok local sightseeing. Flower show or Flower exhibition center showcase the flowers from different parts of Sikkim. It is a heaven for all nature lovers and lies at a walking distance of MG Marg. After a busy day exploring the Gangtok city you return back to your hotel for your supper. Enjoy your last night stay at the Gangtok Hotel or Resort.

After morning breakfast, you start from Gangtok to your destination at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Board your train/flight for your onward destination with cheerful memories of your holiday. Your Blissful Gangtok 3Nights / 4 Days Trip Ends.
