Gangtok Darjeeling Honeymoon Package 5 Nights

As you arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), our representative will meet and greet you. Bagdogra to Gangtok taxis provided by Yes Tourism India are fully sanitised, and all standard COVID -19 protocols are followed. The transfer to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim, usually takes 5-6 Hours. On arrival in Gangtok check into your pre booked hotel. Have your dinner and retire to your room to have a sound sleep.

On the second day of your 5-night and 6-day Gangtok-Darjeeling honeymoon trip, complete your sumptuous breakfast at your Gangtok hotel. Start your day trip in Gangtok with an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), which are 55 km one way from Gangtok city. Baba Harbhajan Singh temple, which has its own history related to martyr Major Harbhajan Singh, and our Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir taxis are completely safe and sanitised. This day trip will rejuvenate you and encourage you to linger more with your loved ones. Overnight stay at your pre-booked Gangtok hotel. (In case of a land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed, we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

After a lovely breakfast at your hotel, we will start to explore Gangtok. Our Gangtok taxi would be ready at the hotel to pick you up. Start by visiting Hanuman Tak, where you can see the entire Gangtok City; Ganesh Tak; and Tashi View Point (these three points are famous for watching the beautiful early morning view on Mt. Kanchenjunga). We will also cover the majestic Banjhakri Falls, Flower Show, and Ropeway. Evenings are free in Gangtok for shopping and exploring the area around MG Marg. This is the last night's stay in Gangtok.

Wake up to a lovely morning at Gangtok, and after breakfast, we transfer you to Darjeeling (118 km/5 hours). Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It will give you a mix of lively nature and charming Himalayan people. Surrounded by tea gardens, this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Overnight at the Darjeeling Hotel

Early in the morning (at 4:00 am), our Yes Tourism India driver would drive to Tiger Hill Observatory (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (the world's 3rd highest peak). Later on your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Return back to your hotel for breakfast. After that, we start your Darjeeling sightseeing in our Darjeeling local taxi and visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (Sunday closed), the Tea Garden (outer view), the Ropeway, and the Japanese Temple. Evenings are free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at a Darjeeling hotel.

After breakfast, you will be checking out of the hotel and taking our transfer taxi to the Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station. From here on, you will be taking your return journey and bringing the experience to an end on your 5-night and 6-day Gangtok-Darjeeling Honeymoon tour.
